The District Learning Assembly (DLA) is one of the most important training events in the Rotary calendar. It prepares all incoming club and district leaders for their roles in the upcoming Rotary year — and it offers every Rotarian an opportunity to refresh their knowledge, reconnect with their purpose, and reignite their passion for service.
The theme “Connect to Elevate” reflects the power of unity and collaboration in Rotary leadership. It emphasizes that when past, present, and future club leaders come together—sharing experiences, aligning visions, and supporting one another—they create a strong foundation for growth. This District Learning Assembly will guide incoming leaders to build these essential connections, empowering them with the skills, insights, and support networks needed to elevate their clubs to greater heights in service, impact, and member engagement.
